Lion's Mane

Easily the most unusual mushroom we grow, this snowball shaped mushroom has a chicken-like flavour and is versatile in its uses, soaking up flavour from anything you cook it in. Famously this species has demonstrated a multitude of beneficial health effects in scientific studies; thought to promote anti-cancer activity in the immune system, protecting cardiovascular health and even limiting the ageing process!
