Philipp loves to grow, cook, and eat food. He likes to do so as sustainable as possible whilst also engaging many different people in the process. Among other things he co-founded a vegan take away in Bremen (Germany), did an apprenticeship in sustainable horticulture, works with the Permaculture Association UK, and initiated a wholefoods buyers cooperative in Wye, Kent. He is keen to talk about everything that moves our food system into a more resilient future.
